Responsibilities
- Define and govern commercial systems, processes, and technology standards across the company Group.
- Lead the development and execution of the Group Commercial digital strategy, technology roadmap, and transformation agenda.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to enhance commercial performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Digital functions to optimize technology investments, business applications, and enterprise outcomes.
Requirements
- 18+ years of leadership experience within procurement, commercial, supply chain, or related business functions.
- Proven success leading large-scale digital transformation, ERP, business application, and analytics initiatives.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience operating in large, complex, multinational organizations, preferably within energy, industrial, infrastructure, or related sectors.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline, coupled with outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
