Vice President - IT Business Solutions Management

The Vice President - Business Solutions leads a team of IT Managers, Senior Business Systems Analysts, and technical development professionals, overseeing IT project management, solution discovery and delivery, applications performance optimization, service level management, and relationship management. The role aims to deliver innovative solutions and tools that provide tangible and intangible value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT projects portfolio to implement technology strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with business management and the IT Director to introduce methodologies and technology changes that improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
• Build partnerships with business leaders to support commitments and establish trust.
• Identify opportunities for evolution and innovation in applied business information systems.
• Integrate critical vendors into IT objectives and manage resource estimation and allocation.
• Advocate for continuous improvements through process and technology suggestions.
• Translate business problems and requirements into functional requirements for IT solutions.
• Understand strategic and tactical objectives of the company and key business units.
• Set yearly IT budgets to meet corporate objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and foster professional growth within the team.
• Align IT business solutions strategy with corporate business strategy.
• Prioritize programs and projects based on corporate and business unit priorities.
• Develop and present solution proposals, including analysis and justifications.
• Ensure compliance with IT policy, especially regarding information security management in line with the UAE region ISR policy.
