Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IT projects portfolio to implement technology strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with business management and the IT Director to introduce methodologies and technology changes that improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Build partnerships with business leaders to support commitments and establish trust.
- Identify opportunities for evolution and innovation in applied business information systems.
- Integrate critical vendors into IT objectives and manage resource estimation and allocation.
- Advocate for continuous improvements through process and technology suggestions.
- Translate business problems and requirements into functional requirements for IT solutions.
- Understand strategic and tactical objectives of the company and key business units.
- Set yearly IT budgets to meet corporate objectives.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and foster professional growth within the team.
- Align IT business solutions strategy with corporate business strategy.
- Prioritize programs and projects based on corporate and business unit priorities.
- Develop and present solution proposals, including analysis and justifications.
- Ensure compliance with IT policy, especially regarding information security management in line with the UAE region ISR policy.
