Position

The Vice President of Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) for CEMEA will be accountable for delivering the regional RaIS Solutions roadmap and ensuring it supports Visa’s aggressive growth targets for Value-Added Services (VAS). This leader will partner with central Product and regional Sales teams to deeply understand regional nuances for VAS products and define the functional, commercial, and regulatory requirements to localize and deliver products for sale to regional clients. Close collaboration with both regional and global leaders is essential, as is a deep experience in Product development and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on a multi-year strategy for the regional RaIS VAS business, considering region-specific nuances (e.g., issuing & acceptance ecosystem, local banking regulation).
  • Partner with Global RaIS Product leaders to deliver on-time, on-budget RaIS VAS Products in the region.
  • Create regional product roadmaps and deliver client-centric solutions that extend Visa’s relevance beyond core network assets.
  • Drive continuous innovation and outsized revenue growth through disciplined iteration of both short-term revenue opportunities and longer-term big bets.
  • Develop and monitor go-to-market strategies to ensure Solutions are easy to sell and buy, including collaborating with key stakeholders for execution.
  • Support selling teams in understanding clients’ business and technical needs, linking RaIS Solutions with other Visa Product Domains for maximum client value.
  • Build and manage a team of RaIS Solutions specialists in the region to build and sell next-generation RaIS Solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Proven track record in B2B product/solutions development and deep understanding of fraud and risk dynamics within the broader payments ecosystem.
