About the Role
The Digital team is responsible for the company's authentication suite of products aimed at protecting the integrity of the electronic payment system while ensuring that digital payments remain both convenient and secure. The primary focus will be on deploying and managing the company's Authentication solutions in the EEMEA region, particularly around Identity Verification and Digital Identity solutions. Key aspects of this role include the enhancement of newly acquired identity verification services, performance analysis, marketing product distribution, and engagement with critical customers and stakeholders (issuers, acquirers, processors, government entities, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the regional lead and primary product contact for identity verification services recently acquired, shaping the broader market strategy for the identity verification business.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the recently acquired identity verification services.
- Oversee the go-to-market development for integrated solutions, which include areas like 3DS, Passkey, ABU, and Biometric checkout, aimed at enabling seamless and secure digital tokens across various platforms, especially in card-on-file, e-commerce transactions, and wallet tokens.
- Collaborate with digital commercialization solution sales specialists to create an integrated sales plan across prioritized markets and segments.
- Ensure the achievement of sales revenue targets for the recently acquired identity verification services and synergy solutions.
- Establish processes and manage reporting of KPIs for acquisition and identity verification business to regional and global senior management teams.
- Capture customer feedback on products and emerging needs, relaying insights to regional and global Identity Verification product teams.
- Identify new opportunities and define market growth strategies for the identity verification business.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of Authentication Solutions offerings and broader company's products and services to leverage organizational synergies and maximize customer value.
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, business, or an equivalent field.
- Extensive prior experience in a related work role.
- Preferred knowledge of the digital payments industry, digital identity/identity verification domain and products. Experience from a top-rated consulting firm is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, as well as effectively address and escalate issues when necessary.
- Excellent analytical abilities to conduct structured analysis and synthesize large amounts of data, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proven success in product management and product development.
- Capability to devise and present persuasive product propositions and strategic visions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team or work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility, influence, and foster collaboration and flexibility.
