Vice President, Product Owner - GTB Channels

About
The Vice President - Product Owner - GTB Channels role will have overall accountability and ownership to build, develop, commercialize, improve adoption, and performance of the company's corporate digital channels, such as NEO CORP (online corporate channel), Mobile App, Host-to-Host (H2H) and SWIFTnet, integrated with Cash and Trade product engines. The PO will own the channel enhancement backlog and work closely with clients and key stakeholders, including Product, CXC, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and the Islamic team to articulate requirements, write use cases, user stories, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating roadmaps and maintaining the backlog
• Ensuring timely delivery and roll-out of functionalities across markets
• Gathering requirements and supporting key client mandates through digital channels

This role requires a strong understanding of Transaction Banking Products, Core Banking, Payment infrastructure, client connectivity requirements, and new-age digital solutions for Payments, Collections, and Trade Finance.

Work Conditions
Being onshore is critical, as this role requires direct engagement with key stakeholders, fast decision-making, and real-time coordination across Product, CXCG, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Client teams. Onshore presence enables faster resolution of complex issues, addressing feedback, adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and alignment with market-specific nuances. The incumbent will collaborate closely with GTB Product (Cash and Trade), Customer Experience, and CIBG Technology and Operations.
