Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the overall market strategy, industry trends, and customer needs for all segments in the region.
- Work with the division/market president to prioritize opportunities.
- Empower Account Managers (AMs) and Business Developers (BDs) to support account planning and opportunity identification.
- Meet customers to understand their needs and support important pitches.
- Monitor the utilization of Mastercard products and platforms by customers and take necessary actions.
- Compile solutions to deliver meaningful value to the Mastercard customer base.
- Manage the capacity and focus of Solution Architects (SAs), Technical Architects (TAs), and Solution Specialists (SS) within the Customer Solutions Center (CSC).
- Build agile teams for complex opportunities requiring diverse Mastercard capabilities.
- Drive enterprise-level pricing approaches and support SAs in developing commercial propositions for complex solutions.
- Track agile team performance and take necessary actions for improvement.
- Support the integration of acquired capabilities into the customer solutions center.
- Share market intelligence to assist in product management and development.
- Help market development heads with insights on demand for specific solutions.
- Share best practices across Customer Solutions Centers to enhance customer experience.
