Vice President - Solution Architect

The Vice President - Solution Architect is responsible for leading a team of Solution Architects within the Retail Banking Group. This role ensures that all retail technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with both business objectives and the enterprise technology strategy. Operating at the intersection of strategic alignment and execution, the role provides leadership and guidance across the solution design. The position spans agile squads and waterfall-managed systems of record, engaging cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, and technology to deliver value-driven outcomes that support the strategic goals of the Retail Banking Group.
