The Vice President/B2B Data & Monetization is responsible for developing and executing the data strategy within the Business department, ensuring data-driven decision-making and insights generation. This role leads initiatives for data monetization, transforming data assets into commercial value while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement the department's data and analytics strategy in alignment with business goals and establish data governance frameworks.

Insights Generation: Lead the analysis of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Data Monetization: Identify and evaluate opportunities to monetize data assets, including new products, services, and partnerships. Manage initiatives ensuring value creation and revenue generation while collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, data scientists, and monetization specialists. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Present findings and monetization opportunities to senior management.

Performance Measurement: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business and monetization performance and support the achievement of targets through data-driven recommendations.

Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of business data and implement best practices for data management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management.
- 15+ years of experience in a relevant field, with proven leadership in data-centric roles.
- A Master's degree is desirable.
- Expertise in data analytics, monetization, and governance frameworks.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
- A track record of successful data-related projects and initiatives.
