Vice President/Digital & Innovation

As the Vice President of Digital & Innovation, you will define the vision and roadmap for digital services and platforms from a technology perspective, aligning with Etisalat's strategic direction. Your role is pivotal in leading Etisalat Digital and ensuring a superior customer experience within the Telecom & OTT market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the development and operations of Etisalat Digital platforms.
• Steering the implementation of various Mobile applications and platforms such as MyEtisalat, Swyl, and more.
• Overseeing Web technologies, including Etisalat's portal and enterprise portals.
• Defining the digital e-commerce technology roadmap for both web and mobile.
• Evolving digital platform infrastructure for new revenue streams.
• Leading Agile delivery for Digital platforms and ensuring the business requirements are met.
• Developing advanced Digital Analytics for insights and real-time personalization.
• Promoting new Digital technologies and monitoring telecom industry trends.
• Driving operational efficiency and budget management.

The successful candidate will also manage a team of over 100 members, ensuring high performance and a healthy working environment.
