About the Role
the company is a leader in the DTC pet supplement market, generating 9-figure revenue. We’re profitable and experiencing rapid growth globally.
In performance marketing, a Video Editor does more than make things look good. Every cut, hook, and caption you craft is aimed at stopping the scroll, maintaining attention, and driving purchases. Your performance will be evaluated based on the effectiveness of the ads, not their cinematic quality.
This role is tailored for someone with a solid track record in AI-powered performance ads. You will produce high volumes of ads for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on conversion. The role includes mixing user-generated content (UGC), creator footage, stock, and AI-generated videos, avatars, and voiceovers.
Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with our Creative Strategists, Paid Media, Video Producers, Organic Social, and Influencer teams. This is an opportunity for you to contribute your ideas, write scripts and hooks, and shape the creative strategy to maximize customer acquisition and revenue.
