Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for video systems and equipment in cooperation with the outside broadcast video team.
  • Install and re-install equipment and wiring, including connecting and extending video tools.
  • Load and unload video equipment to and from outside broadcast trucks or other transport means.
  • Perform testing, maintenance, and repair of outside broadcast video systems to ensure proper operation.
  • Conduct preventive and primary maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Repair equipment on-site or coordinate with workshops to minimize disruptions.
  • Communicate with site engineers to resolve signal and equipment issues.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and news departments for daily outside broadcast coverage.
  • Drive company vehicles or generators to work sites as requested.
  • Collaborate with all organizational units to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the work.
