We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and experienced Videographer & Photographer with a proven track record in the UAE real estate brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, an excellent understanding of real estate marketing, and the capability to independently produce high-quality visual content that enhances our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Capture professional photography and videography of residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
- Produce engaging property walkthroughs, cinematic videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop creative content strategies.
- Manage the complete production process, from shooting and editing to final delivery.
- Create high-quality content for social media, property listings, and marketing campaigns.
- Proactively suggest innovative content ideas to strengthen the brand presence.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
- Previous experience with a UAE real estate brokerage company is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography, property videos, and social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar editing software.
- Excellent knowledge of professional cameras, lighting, composition, and video production.
- Strong understanding of UAE real estate marketing trends.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
