Responsibilities
- Plan, capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for campaigns, leadership communications, events, social media, and internal engagement initiatives.
- Transform creative briefs into detailed storyboards, production plans, shot lists, interview structures, and post-production schedules.
- Operate professional video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and livestreaming tools.
- Create engaging motion graphics, captions, localized content, and polished video edits that align with project objectives.
- Ensure all video content complies with brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, technical standards, and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with executives, communications teams, agencies, event stakeholders, and content creators to develop compelling visual stories.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for editing, transcription, captioning, localization, content adaptation, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor video performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve storytelling, engagement, distribution, and content effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in videography, video production, and post-production environments.
- Strong expertise in video editing, corporate storytelling, and creating engaging content for digital and social media channels.
- Hands-on experience with livestreaming, video production workflows, and multimedia content delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing platforms.
