V.I.E - Financial Controller - F/M

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) to join the team for a mega-project NFW, based in Doha, Qatar. The role is strictly reserved for candidates aged between 18 and 28 years, with French or European nationality, in accordance with current regulations.

Start Date: January 1, 2027
Duration: 24 months

Responsibilities

• Participate in the overall financial monitoring of the project (revenues, costs, margin, and cash flow).
• Prepare monthly closures and financial reporting for the local management and headquarters.
• Analyze variances between the budget, forecasts, and actual performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and project performance reviews.
• Contribute to the control of commitments, financial risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor customer payments and cash indicators.
• Support operational teams in improving financial performance and achieving profitability objectives.
• Participate in external audits.

Requirements

• Graduated from a business school, engineering school, or a Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or Accounting. Previous experience is expected in management control, auditing, or project finance (significant internships or apprenticeships accepted).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and management control.
• Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial data.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit.
• Professional English is mandatory (oral and written).
