The Consulting Director will deliver consulting support and projects to the company's key clients across GCC markets. The main objective of the role is to help deepen client relationships and optimize client performance by assisting them in implementing campaigns and strategies recommended by the company in customer lifecycle management and new product development and launches (predominantly credit and prepaid).

Principal Responsibilities/Key Results Area
- Analyze client needs across focus markets using the company and external data and identify opportunities for consulting assignments.
- Develop plans for consulting activity in coordination with Country Managers and Account Executives, securing funds from partnership agreements for consulting projects.
- Deliver Consulting projects, managing complex strategic problems, project structures, and ensuring seamless Consulting experiences.
- Work on client site to design and project manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, value propositions, and prepaid & credit products.
- Develop and deliver client training programs, sharing best practices knowledge.
- Manage the company's Consulting budget and resources to perform all required duties.
- Liaise with the company's functional teams (Finance, Audit, Legal, Tax, Sourcing) to define processes to optimize vendor engagement and client relationships.
This role requires weekly travel to Saudi Arabia. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred from a top school.
- Strong banking know-how and experience with at least ten years within the financial services practice of a top-tier consulting firm.
- Deep consulting skills and client engagement capabilities, with advanced management and presentation skills.
- Highly analytical, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in AI tools and ability to develop AI agents for improved delivery efficiency.
- Superior project management skills and fluent communication abilities.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with the capacity to travel frequently for extended periods across GCC.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English mandatory; Arabic desired but not a prerequisite.
