Principal Responsibilities/Key Results Area
- Collaborate with colleagues, account executives, and other functions to cultivate and manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities with the largest banks and merchants in the region.
- Lead and/or serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across practice areas (portfolio, digital, risk), including but not limited to:
- Analyzing client needs using internal and external data to identify consulting opportunities
- Supporting and contributing to sales pitches
- Leading or contributing to internal problem-solving sessions
- Preparing for and participating in client discussions
- Involvement in project deliveries in coordination and delivery roles
- Work closely with other groups, including Products, BD, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions, Digital Partnerships & Ventures, and the Innovation Center, to ensure a seamless consulting experience
- Contribute to the development of practice areas in terms of product development when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of overall work experience, with 5 years in payments, ideally within a top-tier bank or consulting firm
- Combination of regional and global experience is desired
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting with deep skills and client engagement capabilities
- Diplomatic skills to work in a multi-functional environment
- Comfortable interacting and presenting to senior management of clients and the company
- Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Superior project management skills; fluent communicator
- Results-driven, flexible, and customer-focused both internally and externally
- Ability to travel frequently and work on client site
- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative with limited direction
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Capacity to work in a multi-cultural environment
Work Conditions
This position is expected to be on the ground in KSA 4 to 5 days a week as required by client and market needs. Weekly travel is required.
