This role will be responsible for building and delivering the CEMEA Visa Direct, requiring significant influencing skills and interactions with internal and external executives.

Responsibilities
- Build annual operating plan, including identifying key initiatives, coordinating fees, payment volume, and revenue forecasting.
- Lead development of key strategic questions for CEMEA money movement, focusing on building acceptance and transaction volumes, expansion of new use cases, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and lead regular performance management cadence, including business reviews and internal communication processes.
- Ensure strong Issuer fast funds coverage and approval rates; work with operations and risk team to identify issues and execute plans.
- Identify and enable critical enablers with acquirer sales/account executives to support real-time payments and forecasts.
- Work with sales/account executives to identify use cases with targeted scale merchants for push payments.
- Collaborate with Visa Direct Policy and Rules team on compliance issues and policy changes.
- Refine client implementation and account management support model for scalability and excellence.
- Implement and maintain regional pricing framework to support sales efforts, considering regional competitive environment.
- Identify and build operating partnerships with key points of payment aggregation in the CEMEA value chain.
- Work with global strategy, pricing, platform, and operations teams to execute in CEMEA and support growth of Visa Direct globally.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 15 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree; or at least 8 years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
- 15 years of experience with an Advanced Degree.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on serving clients.
