Visual Design Associate Manager

As a Design Consultant at the company, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative, human-centered solutions that drive business impact for our clients. You will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design experiences across digital, physical, and service platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a passionate advocate for design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Define and drive the design strategy aligned with client goals and the company's vision.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting design concepts and strategies that address their business challenges.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies, ensuring the creation of meaningful experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful design projects.
• Expertise in design thinking, user experience (UX), visual design, and service design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other relevant platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience working with global clients across various industries such as retail, healthcare, financial services, and technology is preferred.
