Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Define and drive the design strategy aligned with client goals and the company's vision.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting design concepts and strategies that address their business challenges.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies, ensuring the creation of meaningful experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in design leadership roles, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful design projects.
- Expertise in design thinking, user experience (UX), visual design, and service design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other relevant platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience working with global clients across various industries such as retail, healthcare, financial services, and technology is preferred.
