About the job

• Design, configure, and deploy VMware virtualization solutions for clients
• Manage and administer VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines
• Create and maintain virtual machine templates, snapshots, and clones
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficient operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware infrastructure and virtual machines
• Implement and maintain VMware NSX for network virtualization
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and design customized VMware solutions
• Create and update technical documentation, including installation guides and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a VMware Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge and experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server
• Experience with VMware NSX for network virtualization
• Hands-on experience with virtual machine management, templates, and snapshots
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions for VMware
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are preferred
