Job Description

  • Manage Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, UCCX, PCCE, Unity, Expressway, Webex Calling).
  • Configure dial plans, SIP trunks, gateways, voicemail, and call flows.
  • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise telephony and communication systems.
  • Manage IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP trunks, PRI circuits, and telecom gateways.
  • Support telecom services across branches, data centers, and corporate offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support.
  • Experience in financial institutions is a plus.

Work Conditions

  • Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
