Responsibilities
- Align with Digitization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit. Plan roadmap, prioritize initiatives and projects based on impact, risk benefits, and resources available.
- Partner with the business team in promoting the business agenda of digitization through projects launched by the business teams, such as PL digitization.
- Participate actively in working groups and update the unit head on progress, risks, and inputs to ensure these are appropriately highlighted in steerco meetings.
- Provide support to other segments of credit in their digitization agenda and initiatives for the benefit of the larger credit unit.
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation, project planning, and implementation.
- The AI initiatives should support in driving portfolio analytics, highlighting portfolio risks and opportunities for business growth.
- Work with risk teams for advanced AI-driven models for lending.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in financial services with recent hands-on experience in developing digitization and AI projects.
- Strong understanding of AI and digitization technologies, data science, and business process transformation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important to drive change.
- Mentor, motivate, and help develop the skills of team members.
