VP, Credit - Digitization & AI Portfolio Management

About the Role
This is a senior level VP role within the Personal Banking Credit unit, covering end-to-end strategic coordination of the unit's digital and AI initiatives. The role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, ensuring that AI and digital transformation investments deliver measurable commercial value. You will drive a cultural shift within the unit by adopting digitization and AI across all functional areas and existing processes, supporting objectives in digitalizing lending capabilities from a credit lens.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with the Digitization and AI strategy of Personal Banking Credit. Plan roadmap and prioritize initiatives and projects based on impact, risk benefits, and available resources.
• Partner with the business team in promoting the digitization agenda through projects such as PL digitization. Actively participate in working groups and update the unit head on progress, risks, and inputs to ensure they are highlighted in steering committee meetings.
• Provide support to other segments of credit in their digitization agenda and initiatives for the benefit of the larger credit unit.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation, project planning, to implementation.
• Ensure that AI initiatives support driving portfolio analytics to highlight portfolio risks and opportunities for business growth.
• Work with risk teams to develop advanced AI-driven models for lending.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services with recent hands-on experience in developing digitization and AI projects.
• Strong understanding of AI and digitization technologies, data science, and business process transformation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important to drive change.
• Mentor, motivate, and help develop the skills of team members.
