Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Cybersecurity Practice across MENA, identifying priority market segments and competitive differentiators.
- Build and evolve a structured cybersecurity service offering portfolio, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure & Network Security, Endpoint & Workload Security, and Security Operations (SOC).
- Take full ownership of the practice's revenue and profitability, proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, and build relationships with key clients.
- Provide executive oversight on the delivery of strategic, turnkey cybersecurity programs and manage the performance of the company's SOC.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of security advisors, architects, engineers, and consultants with deep domain expertise across MENA.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a top-tier consulting firm or cybersecurity services company, with significant focus on the MENA region.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a cybersecurity practice, achieving revenue targets, and significant experience in applying advanced analytics and AI to cybersecurity challenges.
- Extensive network of senior-level contacts across MENA cybersecurity buyers, including CISOs and risk leaders in various sectors.
- Strong sales and business development acumen, with the ability to lead large, complex deals in cybersecurity.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems.
- Relevant industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, and SANS GIAC certifications.
