VP – Digital Wealth Product Owner

As a VP – Digital Wealth Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of the company’s Wealth Transformation journey. Reporting into the Personal Banking Group, this senior individual contributor role leads a dedicated agile squad to deliver high-impact digital solutions that redefine how clients engage with their wealth. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, optimize digital and face-to-face customer journeys, and drive innovation across the wealth management ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Wealth Transformation roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead a cross-functional agile squad including developers, designers, analysts, and testers.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of digital wealth trends and emerging technologies.
• Improve origination volumes and reduce servicing costs through automation and STP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or agile delivery.
• 5+ years in a senior product owner role within an agile organization.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Data analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
