VP - Global CIO Advisory - Gartner Research Board

The Gartner Research Board (GRB) is Gartner’s dedicated service for senior-most technology and digital leaders from the largest and most complex end-user IT organizations globally. It is the only global peer advisory research service that supports the mission-critical priorities of these leaders through a combination of shared community insight, thought leadership from Gartner's analysts, and external connections from our ecosystem of vendors, academics, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly high-impact consultations with members.
• Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, and expert interactions.
• Manage member activities and communications in partnership with the Client Manager.
• Forge and maintain strong personal and commercial relationships with board members.
• Develop deep knowledge of member organizations, issues, and priorities.
• Collaborate with the Research team on topic and report development, contributing to research content.
• Plan and chair member meetings, including agenda development and follow-up.
• Meet financial targets for member retention and new member acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of IT industry experience.
• Experience working with Government or Public Sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Consulting experience with digital transformation exposure.
• Substantial business and technology acumen.
• Business development and sales enablement skills.
• Excellent Arabic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a highly performance-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated experience in C-level relationship development and management.
• Strong meeting orchestration and facilitation skills.
• In-depth understanding of large enterprise IT market trends and technology applications.
