What a VP, Head of Consumer Product & Solutions, CEMEA does at the company:

  • Design, develop, and deploy consumer value propositions across CEMEA markets, ensuring consistency, scale, quality, and speed to market.
  • Oversee product portfolio including debit, credit, prepaid solutions, and modern credentials such as Visa Flex Credential (VFC).
  • Develop new functional, digital, and technical capabilities, including benefit platforms that drive consumer preference for the company.
  • Create and implement capability roadmaps aligned with business strategies (e.g., Affluent strategy) to support regional growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with global and sub-regional teams and market Consumer Payment Solutions & CVP leaders to ensure successful program governance and best-practice dissemination.
  • Lead portfolio optimization and management, driving revenue and profitability outcomes aligned with the regional scorecard.
  • Manage large strategic partner contracts for benefit platforms such as insurance, concierge, airport lounge access, travel, dining, and entertainment.
  • Drive team performance and talent management, including recruitment, career development, succession planning, and workforce agility.
  • Represent the company externally at forums, conferences, and client events to strengthen brand and market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's rules and product hierarchy requirements in support of new value proposition development and innovative solutions.
  • Lead commercialization efforts, including client-facing engagements in partnership with market Product & Solutions teams.

Qualifications
What you will need:

  • 15+ yrs experience in payments, digital commerce, banking, or technology at a senior leadership level.
  • Advanced understanding of payment and commerce solutions and processes.
  • Proven experience in both emerging and developed markets.
  • Strong knowledge of agile solutioning practices, product management, and commerce business models.
  • Track record in developing outcomes that span commercial and technical capabilities and architectures.
  • Ability to develop or challenge commercial architectures with strong business acumen.
  • Naturally inquisitive problem solver with strategic thinking capability.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, commercial, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for executive-level communication.
  • Experience leading change programs within a business and building and leading high-performing teams through cultural and transformational change.
  • Ability to operate with discipline and tolerance for ambiguity, influencing multiple organizational levels internally and externally.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Focused on achieving strong financial outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Business degree or MBA required.
