Collaboration is crucial, as the role involves liaising with external providers like custodians, fund accountants, registrars, and brokers, as well as internal teams including investment, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless portfolio operations. The individual will support regulatory and financial reporting by gathering and formatting data for compliance and finance teams. Furthermore, there is a continuous emphasis on monitoring and improving operational processes, enhancing automation, minimizing manual workarounds, and adhering to governance standards. The position also requires maintaining thorough documentation of workflows, exception processes, and control points to bolster oversight and scalability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in fund and DPM accounting
- Proficiency in post-trade processing
- Skilled in implementing trading restrictions and executing trades
- Strong coordination skills with third parties, such as brokers and custodians
- Experience in client reporting and handling tax & fee processing
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
