Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Security Architecture team, providing strategic direction and oversight.
- Advise and consult with business units on security best practices and emerging technology risks.
- Develop and implement security architecture frameworks and standards across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in security architecture and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align security strategies with business goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for emerging technology implementations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to security.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Represent the company in industry forums and conferences, sharing best practices and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a security architecture role.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
- Experience with emerging technologies, including cloud computing, IoT, and AI/ML.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to security challenges.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
