VP - Hybrid Cloud & Container Platforms

The VP - Hybrid Cloud & Container Platforms is responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational stability of the company's Hybrid Cloud and Container Platform estate across on-premises and public cloud environments. This role has end-to-end accountability for the strategic Hybrid Cloud platform based on Red Hat OpenShift to host both virtual servers and containerized workloads, supporting hundreds of business-critical applications.

Responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of the underlying platform stack, encompassing compute, cluster architecture, storage, and data services integration, as well as resilience design, automation, observability, and operational governance. The position also entails managing the Hybrid Cloud data layer built on Pure Storage and Portworx for scalable, resilient, and portable platform services. Additionally, it supports future expansion of the platform into Microsoft Azure for workload portability and hybrid deployment patterns.
