About the Role
The VP, Senior Infrastructure Portfolio Management is a key leadership role accountable for the strategic planning, governance, and delivery of the organization's infrastructure investment portfolio. This position manages an annual enterprise CAPEX portfolio of AED 150–200M, ensuring that investments are prioritized and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Central Technology Management Office (TMO), Finance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure projects are appropriately structured and financially aligned.
• Track and govern projects in accordance with organizational standards.
• Lead and manage 10 direct reports, primarily external vendor resources.
• Plan, manage, and monitor an OPEX budget of approximately AED 300M.
