Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business goals to drive IT direction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure IT initiatives support growth and efficiency by translating business challenges into IT roadmaps.
- Champion digital enablement initiatives by launching digital transformation programs across business units.
- Promote adoption of digital tools and platforms to upskill teams and ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Scout for best-of-breed IT solutions while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to meet business needs.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to co-create technology solutions and drive innovation.
- Ensure effective IT support and governance to minimize operational disruptions.
- Manage the financial oversight of IT budgets, ensuring delivery of the annual IT work program.
- Provide IT leadership, make informed decisions, and negotiate with vendors on SLAs and service credits.
- Drive service improvement programs to optimize resources and enhance cost efficiency.
- Mentor a team of high-performing IT professionals, fostering engagement and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- 15 years of experience in IT Management and Project delivery, with at least 5 years in an IT leadership role on transformation programs.
- Knowledge of the airline industry and awareness of emerging technologies.
- Certifications: PMP and SAFe.
