The VP of IT Delivery & Digital Enablement will lead the strategic direction of technology to align with corporate objectives, focusing on leveraging digital capabilities to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, business agility, and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • IT Strategic Direction: Develop and maintain a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with short and long-term business goals, ensuring IT initiatives support growth, efficiency, and customer-centricity.

  • Digital Enablement: Champion digital transformation programs across business units to enhance revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency through automation and intelligent systems.

  • Technology Adoption: Promote the adoption of digital tools and capabilities to embed digital thinking across the organization, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value.

  • Innovation Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration to accelerate innovation by co-creating technology solutions and enabling agile delivery and experimentation.

  • Governance and Value Tracking: Ensure governance and scalability from IT investments while monitoring data security, compliance, and risk protocols.

  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and vendors to ensure a competitive IT landscape.

  • Service Management: Drive effective IT support for the business, ensuring service levels are agreed upon and managed.

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial management of IT budgets and manage the delivery of the annual IT work program.

  • Team Development: Coach and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering engagement and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of IT Management experience, with at least 5 years in an IT Leadership role focused on transformation programs.
  • Airline industry knowledge and familiarity with emerging technologies are advantageous.
  • Certifications in PMP and SAFe are preferred.
  • Fluent in English.

ISR Requirements:

  • Compliance with ISR policies and reporting of incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team is mandatory. Participation in ISR awareness sessions is required.
