As the Vice President of Engineering for Enterprise B2B Services, you will lead the strategic development and execution of client-facing applications and enterprise catalog services. This role requires a dynamic leader who will drive innovation and collaborate closely with product teams to introduce new solutions for clients and consumers. Key Responsibilities: - Foster collaboration among product management, design, and engineering teams to create market-leading enterprise services and data products. - Develop a long-term technical strategy ensuring scalability and robustness of products. - Oversee engineering managers and technical leads, enhancing productivity, engagement, and performance. - Drive modernization of legacy systems while expediting the rollout of new product capabilities within B2B services. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and tailor solutions to meet diverse business needs across MENA countries. - Implement engineering processes and governance throughout the product development lifecycle for high-quality releases. - Cultivate a culture that attracts top engineering talent and maintains efficient supplier relations. Required Experience: - Minimum of 15 years in engineering leadership with a record of managing large, distributed software engineering teams. - Proven success in architecting and scaling engineering organizations. - Strong grasp of software engineering practices and architectural norms. - Extensive experience with data products and AI technology landscapes. - Comprehensive knowledge overseeing the software development lifecycle of SaaS products. Desirable Experience: - Proficiency in data-driven product development, machine learning, and new technologies. - Expertise in cloud infrastructure, deployment platforms, and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance within SaaS ecosystems and experience with Property Finder’s technical stack (Go, PHP, Python, Swift UI, Kotlin, React, AWS, Kubernetes).
