The ideal candidate will have experience in high-level technical architecture and design oversight related to Retail, Supply Chain, and Digital Technology, as well as a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders, improve technology strategies, and influence key decisions at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical architecture and design for Retail, Supply Chain, and Digital Technology products.
- Lead the execution and delivery of associated strategies utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Act as the primary technology leader for Retail and Supply Chain solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape future technology roadmaps.
- Manage external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring project delivery aligns with objectives.
- Enhance Agile methodologies to adapt to business requirements.
- Conduct budget management and deliver solutions within forecasted spend.
- Drive omnichannel initiatives to ensure seamless customer experiences across various platforms.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in digital technology, particularly in e-commerce and retail.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record in managing large, diverse teams and effectively leading stakeholders.
- Strong ability to analyze customer KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
