About the Role
This role is responsible for leading Retail technology transformation initiatives across Risk, Regulatory systems, and digital banking platforms with close interaction with business heads (RBG, Credit Management, Risk, CX, etc.). The candidate will act as a strategic advisor and execution leader, driving platform modernization, strengthening delivery governance, and enabling AI-led innovation, including prompt engineering adoption. The goal is to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive modernization and optimization of BPM platforms and Risk Regulatory applications that interact with AECB, Central Bank, and external systems like DLD, enabling end-to-end process digitization across onboarding and processing workflows (for Credit Card, Personal Loans, Mortgage, and Overdraft).
• Ensure seamless integration between in-house solutions of BPM workflows and Regulatory applications, core banking, and fintech platforms, while embedding AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows.
• Operate at a senior leadership level, influencing stakeholders across Technology, Business, Risk, and Compliance to deliver high-impact, compliant, and efficient digital transformation outcomes.
