VP, Technology & Data - Asset Management

The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities and technological solutions within core Asset Management systems, data platforms, and digital operations. The successful candidate will develop and ensure the implementation of a tech, digital, and data strategy/road map for the company Asset Management, acting as a change agent in its digital ambitions by advising leadership on relevant trends and developing IT and Data policies and procedures.

Key accountabilities include:

• Possessing deep knowledge of IT systems, data platforms, and enterprise architecture essential for running an asset management firm, including advanced technical solutions and applications such as asset pooling and tokenization.
• Understanding all digital tools and advanced analytics pertinent to asset management, including client reporting and data management systems.
• Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance operations and optimize the technology and data infrastructure of the company AM.
• Meeting business KPIs and targets for tech, digital, and data adoption.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives, while keeping abreast of regulatory standards that enhance customer experience.

Qualifications and experience required include knowledge of business digital and tech partnerships, enterprise analytics and AI, digital platform operations, data governance and quality, experience with Asset Management Systems, asset pooling, and tokenization, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
