Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (UAE National)

The Associate Offensive Cybersecurity Consultant role offers an opportunity to engage in a wide range of activities related to cybersecurity and penetration testing. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for web applications.
• Performing web application audits and mobile application penetration testing (iOS & Android).
• Conducting source code reviews and software assurance maturity audits.
• Executing red teaming and infrastructure security assessments.
• Performing internal and external penetration testing.
• Engaging in vulnerability research.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

• Execute vulnerability assessments and penetration testing following the company's methodology and project scope.
• Contribute to the VA and PT knowledge base with newly learned techniques and zero-day findings.
• Update the company's penetration testing guidelines with new attacks and procedures.
• Attend technical customer meetings.
• Research new cybersecurity threats.
• Perform security assessments independently.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience as a penetration tester.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Knowledge of web-based programming.
• Proficient in technical writing, including articles, demonstrations, reports, and technical blogs.
• OSCP or OSCE certification is required; SANS certifications are optional.
• Strong vision, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to software development languages as needed.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• A fast learner with self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Team player.
