Warehouse Helper

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to support our daily warehouse, storage, inventory, and material handling operations in Dubai. The Warehouse Helper will play a key role in assisting with the receiving, unloading, checking, labeling, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of IT equipment, computer hardware, office supplies, technology products, and other warehouse materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, stock handling, and material movement.
• Receive incoming IT equipment, computer hardware, accessories, office supplies, and other materials.
• Unload deliveries and move items safely to designated warehouse locations.
• Check received goods against delivery notes, purchase orders, and inventory records.
• Inspect products for visible damage, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect items.
• Assist with basic warehouse documentation, stock records, delivery notes, and dispatch paperwork.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, IT, and administrative teams when required.
• Support general warehouse and storekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, stores, logistics, inventory, or material handling is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to perform different warehouse and store support duties when required.
