Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop operationally relevant wargames for the Air Maneuver Dominance / Advanced Capabilities team. Collaborate with EDGE and the Emirati Ministry of Defense to create immersive wargames using the company's proprietary modeling and simulation tools.
- Plan, run, and facilitate multi-day Wargaming Exercises, serving as the control lead for preparation and execution. Adapt scenarios in real-time to meet customer learning objectives.
- Maintain a library of wargame scenarios and models, improving processes across various teams to enable scaling for large exercises without loss of fidelity.
- Implement structured After-Action Reviews to gather insights, prioritize improvements, and enhance scenario design.
- Advocate for the development of features and models that improve the company's wargaming and simulation products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuous improvement in wargame design and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and running wargames or operational training scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
- Strong scenario design and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain relevant background checks and security clearance.
- Willingness to travel and work in collaboration with teams in the UAE, UK, and USA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with wargaming or simulation software (e.g., AFSIM, SIMDIS).
- Familiarity with military operations and tactics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Slack, and MS Office.
- Prior military or government experience, particularly in exercise design.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is likely required due to the international nature of the role and collaborations.
