From day one, participants will join the Business Enablement Solutions teams, contributing to key priorities and developing practical skills and experience. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, graduates will connect with a cohort that provides access to structured learning, coaching, mentoring, leadership exposure, and networking opportunities across the company. What Will Your 12 Months Look Like?
Throughout the programme, participants will remain part of a team, allowing for meaningful experience, relationships, and skill development, rather than rotating through short placements. Development will occur through:
- Experience – engaging in real work and assuming responsibility for defined deliverables, contributing to team priorities, and taking on stretch opportunities as confidence grows.
- Exposure – learning from managers, career coaches, mentors, and peers through regular support, leadership sessions, and opportunities to collaborate across teams.
- Education – participating in learning opportunities focused on business acumen, communication, professional skills, digital capabilities, and AI, in addition to role-specific training.
Regular conversations and checkpoints throughout the year will provide insight into progress, recognize strengths, and guide development.

If performance, capabilities, and career interests align with available business needs, graduates may be considered for permanent opportunities, although this is not guaranteed and depends on both individual performance and available roles. Regardless of the outcome, the aim is to ensure that graduates complete the programme with meaningful professional experience, enhanced capabilities, a broader network, and increased confidence in their career paths.
