As a Senior Manager in Wealth Management, you will be the primary subject matter expert across various areas including advisory and discretionary portfolio models, client onboarding, KYC, suitability assessments, order management, execution, settlement, corporate actions, performance measurement, and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with senior client stakeholders to shape business requirements and ensure alignment of technology solutions with desired outcomes.
• Providing functional leadership across delivery teams and client organizations.
• Conducting end-to-end business analysis activities for Wealth Management programmes.
• Translating complex business strategies and operational needs into actionable functional requirements and specifications.
• Governing key functional artefacts such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Leading functional solution design to ensure alignment between business processes and Wealth platforms.
• Driving pre-sales activities and contributing to RFPs and proposal development.
• Acting as Functional Design Authority during project delivery, managing requirement changes and ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of experience in Wealth Management technology and transformation.
• Strong experience in a Lead Business Analyst role on complex Wealth programmes.
• Deep understanding of front-to-back Wealth processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into executable functional designs.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
