Responsibilities
- Spearhead successful product development by guiding the platform through iterative, hypothesis-driven cycles to deliver features that delight users and enhance key financial metrics.
- Champion customer-centricity by thinking holistically across customer journeys, prioritizing the roadmap to eliminate friction points for target segments.
- Embed AI-native product development and features into the platform.
- Forge impactful partnerships by working closely with design, engineering, data science, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Drive data-driven insights using market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic pivots and product decisions.
- Own the product end-to-end, managing the Wealth product roadmap (e.g., trading, portfolio, ledger) from ideation to implementation while balancing technical feasibility and market relevance. You will be responsible for turning business problems into complete specifications that engineering can build, defining what success looks like, what’s explicitly out of scope, and what decisions need to be made before development begins.
- Deliver seamless multi-channel experiences (web, mobile, and beyond) with tight B2B2C integration for our bank and financial-institution clients.
- Design and translate technical contracts, working with engineering teams to define API documentation before development begins, directly engaging with protocols such as REST and FIX.
- Set and defend the quality bar by defining non-functional requirements, covering performance, reliability, security, and data integrity.
- Incorporate AI as a core work practice, leveraging AI tooling in daily operations.
- Instrument and measure what you ship by defining telemetry requirements: user funnel visibility, system performance across the full stack, error breakdown by category, and business outcome metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS fintech, trading, or wealth management environment.
- Domain knowledge of wealth management and portfolio management services (e.g., DPM, robo-advisory, trading, ledger) along with the technical acumen to navigate solution design trade-offs.
- Hands-on experience building or prototyping mobile applications that integrate real APIs.
- Demonstrated track record of hypothesis-driven, user-centric product development.
