Position

The company, an e& enterprise company, is looking for a talented and experienced Web Developer & Digital Specialist (UAE National) who will be a key member of both the Marketing and IT Operations teams. The specialist will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the VP of Technology. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital platforms, including website content management, outbound marketing through CRM, social media content production, and the creation of digital brand assets. The primary focus of the role is to develop and execute engaging, technology-enabled campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across the company’s digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Website and Digital Platform Management:

    • Administer and update company websites using approved Content Management Systems.
    • Ensure functionality, availability, performance, and reliability across environments.
    • Manage website patching, version updates, and third-party integrations per security policies.
    • Conduct regular platform health checks and performance reviews.
  • Marketing Technology and CRM Operations:

    • Configure and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and CRM modules.
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement optimizations.
  • Social Media and Digital Channel Operations:

    • Manage social media presence across various platforms.
    • Develop and publish digital content and campaigns.
    • Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Creative Asset Development and Brand Execution:

    • Develop digital assets for marketing channels.
    • Ensure assets align with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Performance and Analytics:

    • Track and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics.
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Security, Governance, and Compliance:

    • Ensure marketing tools are configured according to IT security policies.
    • Support audit activities for compliance assessments.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging.
    • Stay updated with digital platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing technology, website management, or marketing operations.
  • Strong experience with WordPress and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, SEO principles, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital asset creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong analytical mindset with effective communication skills.

Language Requirements:
