Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing corporate websites using WordPress, including administration via cPanel or similar hosting environments.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and CRM modules, including campaign configuration, segmentation, automation journeys, and performance reporting.
Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML/CSS fundamentals, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, hosting environments, security controls, and website performance optimization.
Experience managing WordPress core updates, plugin patching, configuration changes, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on experience with analytics and monitoring tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM reporting dashboards.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and UX/UI best practices.
