We are seeking a Product Experience Consultant with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Experience Design across multiple platforms including Salesforce, SharePoint, PEGA, AEM, ServiceNow, SAP, and PowerBI, along with a deep understanding of the food services domain.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric product experiences across various platforms.
- Utilize experience in Experience Design for platforms like Salesforce, SharePoint, PEGA, AEM, ServiceNow, SAP, and PowerBI to enhance product functionality.
- Conduct thorough research to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design documentation including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Ensure alignment of design strategies with business objectives and user needs by working closely with stakeholders.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to gather insights and feedback from users and stakeholders.
- Support development teams during the implementation of design solutions.
- Monitor design effectiveness and make adjustments to improve user experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Experience Design.
- Ensure accessibility and adherence to industry standards in design solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.
- Drive innovation by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance the design process and outcomes.
- Contribute to impactful product experiences that improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Experience Design for Salesforce, SharePoint, PEGA, AEM, ServiceNow, SAP, and PowerBI.
- Deep understanding of the food services domain and its unique challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering user-centric design solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
