The company's Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in data, platform, and analytics across various sectors, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. As a Web Development Lead in our Data & AI practice, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering innovative web solutions that leverage the latest in cloud and AI technologies.
Your Role:

Technical Leadership & Architecture:
- Lead and mentor a team of web developers (front-end, back-end, or full stack).
- Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Review and optimize code quality and application performance.
- Drive modernization initiatives with new technologies.

Web Development & Delivery:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications.
- Oversee end-to-end development including UI, backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and performance benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Project & Team Management:
- Plan, estimate, and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct sprint planning, code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.
- Balance deadlines and quality for reliable solutions.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate technical decisions and updates to stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as architecture reviews and DevOps adoption.
- Work closely with QA teams for robust testing and quality assurance.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience leading web development teams.
- Expertise in modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms).
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns, security, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
