We’re looking for a Web Engineer (L2) to lead front-end development and help shape our front-end strategy. This role involves working cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to build innovative web solutions, drive technical excellence, and mentor other developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of web solutions using React.js and TypeScript.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and standards.
  • Mentor and guide other developers, sharing technical expertise.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and drive front-end technical strategy initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Expert in React.js and TypeScript with solid knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with Turborepo and micro-frontend architectural patterns.
  • Proficient with state management libraries like Zustand or Redux.
  • Skilled in Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI for scalable design systems.
  • Experience with modern testing frameworks like Vitest and Playwright.
  • Comfortable using developer documentation tools such as Storybook, Nextra, and Docusaurus.
  • Familiar with Azure Pipelines, Terraform, and cloud deployment best practices.
  • Strong Git and Gitflow skills for collaborative development.
  • Experienced with bundlers like Webpack and Babel.
  • Proven ability to integrate RESTful APIs and services.
  • Skilled at refactoring and improving legacy codebases.

Collaboration:
The selected candidate will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will work closely with cross-functional squads, including Product, Design, Data, and Backend teams, to ensure seamless delivery of user-centric web applications and a consistent front-end architecture.
