Responsibilities
- Research and open new Web3 projects across DeFi, infrastructure, L1/L2 ecosystems and exchanges.
- Reach decision makers such as founders, CTOs and heads of security.
- Drive deals from first contact to signed contract.
- Build partnerships and referral channels with projects, VCs, launchpads and ecosystems.
- Stay on top of market trends and developments, identify new business opportunities, and translate market insights into actionable feedback.
Requirements
- Has experience in business development, sales, partnerships or consulting.
- Web3 native, or a fast learner who can show how you got up to speed on something new.
- Self-motivated, hard-working and responsive.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Europe, the UAE or North America.
Nice to Have
- An existing network among Web3 founders, VCs, launchpads or exchanges.
- Technical curiosity about smart contracts, DeFi mechanics and security.
- Experience in a startup or in a role with a commission component.
