Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website using Webflow, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and optimal performance.
- Web Development: Create and implement new web pages, features, and functionalities based on website requirements.
- UX/UI Enhancements: Continuously improve user experience and interface by implementing best practices and modern design trends.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor website speed, performance, and security, implementing fixes and improvements as needed.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize the website for search engines, including on-page SEO and technical improvements.
- Integration Management: Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and CRM systems to support business operations.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure website availability and functionality.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website analytics and provide regular reports on traffic, user behavior, and performance insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio of Webflow projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customization.
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party applications and APIs.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and user experience principles.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively with a team.
