Welfare Intern

About the Role
The Intern for the Welfare Department will support the Welfare team in promoting employee well-being and engagement. The role involves assisting with the organization of welfare activities, coordinating employee support initiatives, maintaining welfare records, and responding to employee inquiries. You will play a key part in ensuring a positive workplace environment by supporting programs related to employee welfare, accommodation, recreation, and other staff-focused initiatives while gaining practical experience in HR and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing welfare activities that promote employee engagement.
• Coordinate initiatives that support employee welfare.
• Maintain accurate records related to welfare programs.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries.
• Support staff-focused initiatives related to accommodation and recreation.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a university in Qatar.
• Locally available and able to join immediately.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative skills in preparing presentations and designing materials will be an advantage.
• Availability for a full-time, 6-month internship.

• Location: Qatar
• Duration: 6 Months
• Immediate availability required.
